THE CLASSES
Over the course of three years, the Academy offers a rich program of basic techniques, specialized subjects, creative workshops, physiotherapy, and theoretical studies. It employs a highly qualified and diverse teaching staff from the worlds of dance, theater, and the performing arts.
The curriculum includes basic techniques such as classical technique, contemporary technique (Cunningham-based), dynamic flow, and floorwork.
To support the body in learning all physical subjects, the study of Gyrokinesis™ and the principles of Feldenkrais is included.
Curriculum courses
Curricular subjects such as Contemporary, Contamination, Urban Contemporary, and Hip Hop/House are essential disciplines for working on weight and rhythm.
Another important part of the program consists of theater and composition workshops: Choreographic Composition, Expressive Workshop, and Physical Theater.
Finally, the educational offering concludes with a schedule of focus groups, in-depth studies, and theoretical lessons held by professionals and experts in the field: Theory and Aesthetics of Dance, Music, Anatomy, and Physiology of Movement.
THE CULTURAL PROPOSAL
Thanks to numerous partnerships, Dancehaus students can take advantage of all the cultural offerings that the city of Milan has to offer: theater, dance, festivals, and numerous exclusive live events.
Participation in these experiences, combined with the study of theoretical subjects (theory and aesthetics of dance, music, anatomy, and physiology of movement), allows students to develop personal critical thinking and a comprehensive view of art, dance, and the world of entertainment.
CREATIVE WEEKS
Creative weeks are artistic residencies involving renowned choreographers and second- and third-year students from the Accademia Susanna Beltrami.
Every year, in February and March, artists and choreographers are invited to Dancehaus with the aim of creating and sharing a choreographic design with the students. At the end of each week, the dancers have the opportunity to showcase the results of this new educational experience through public performances.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
Every year, students have the opportunity to express themselves creatively and bring their visions to life in choreography workshops.
The workshops usually culminate in a performance at the end of the academic year.
In addition, thanks to DanceHaus's numerous collaborations within the local area, students have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of extracurricular projects, including music videos, fashion shows, site-specific performances, and cultural events.

EDUCATIONAL CREDITS
During the three-year period, students are encouraged to cultivate and put into practice interdisciplinary skills related to the world of entertainment and all its cultural aspects.
Educational credits have been established to recognize extracurricular activities such as hospitality during shows, production support (lighting, costumes), library organization, and press and communications office support.
PRE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
The Academy also offers an intensive study program for younger dancers (ages 11-15) who already show remarkable talent. The Pre-PTP is a transition from amateur courses to the professional program. The course runs from October to June, with mandatory attendance from Monday to Friday, three times a week (times to be agreed upon).
The teachers responsible for the course are the same as those at the Academy, and attendance at the Pre-Professional Training will subsequently entitle students to access the full daytime study program.
Admission to the Pre-PTP is by private audition.
Given the young age of the students, the presence of a parent is required.
